Waist measurement is least important due to volley style elastic waist band. It does help provide a general idea. But for best fit it would be better to look at hip measurements and the circumference of your thigh
Fitting Notes:
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
- Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, including your buttocks.
- Thigh: Measure around the widest part of your thigh.
This chart emphasizes the hip and thigh measurements, reflecting the unique fit needs of gym-goers and powerlifters. The fit notes provide additional guidance
