Refund policy

We accept returns of physical products requested within 30 days of delivery. Products are eligible for return if they are not damaged. Items may be tried on or used. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

To request a return, email caleborchard@numbgym.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions and a return shipping label or explain how to purchase one. Please contact us before sending anything back; items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Return shipping

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover return shipping. For returns due to size, preference, or a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. These issues are handled separately from the undamaged-product return condition above.

Exceptions

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, request a return and place a separate order for the replacement once your return is accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
